Platform Terms of Use

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Wild Assetfort platform. They set out the respective rights and responsibilities of you as a user and the platform operator. Read them carefully before accessing the platform, creating an account or completing a transaction. Together, they constitute the binding agreement between the parties.

When you register, sign in, use a feature or otherwise interact with Wild Assetfort, you confirm your complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. The platform is available only to adults aged 18 and above. Minors and anyone without legal capacity may not access or use it. Where a user’s age is uncertain, we may suspend, limit or remove the relevant account.

Access to the platform may be affected temporarily by maintenance, upgrades, technical faults or service outages, including issues linked to market volatility, unusually high server demand or events outside our control. We work to maintain reliable availability, but uninterrupted service cannot be promised. Platform tools, algorithms, pricing and available markets may be amended, extended or withdrawn at any time, without creating a claim against Wild Assetfort.

Platform materials—including written content, graphics, layouts, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analysis—are protected by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual property rights held by Wild Assetfort or its licensors. Copying, sharing, communicating publicly or using any such material commercially without our prior written consent is prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.

You are responsible for supplying information that is accurate, complete and current, including identification, contact and payment details. False, incomplete or deceptive information may lead to account suspension, limits on withdrawals or legal proceedings. Personal information is handled in line with our privacy policy and the GDPR, using appropriate security and transparency measures.

You alone are responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Wild Assetfort, whether entered manually or generated with AI, and you accept the associated risks. Wild Assetfort supplies technical infrastructure only; it does not provide individual financial advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Financial instruments, including shares and cryptoassets, can be extremely volatile and you could lose all of your invested capital. Previous results are not a reliable indication of future performance. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

We may revise or add to these Terms whenever necessary, including because of regulatory developments, technological changes or evolving market requirements. Where appropriate, we will notify you in advance, normally no later than 14 days beforehand, by email, platform message or website notice. If you continue using the platform after the revised Terms take effect, you are considered to have accepted them. You may close your account if the changes are material.

We place openness and protection at the centre of our service. Our measures include modern encryption, periodic reviews, segregated client funds and robust KYC/AML controls. Platform activity and transactions are documented in a clear, traceable manner. We aim to work with users fairly, honestly and responsibly, while treating your confidence in us as a priority.
